Welcome to Personal Tours Ireland.
By booking a tour or service with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Definitions
“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Irish Tours, its owners, employees, and agents.
“Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the person or persons booking or participating in a tour.
“Tour” means any trip, excursion, or service operated by Irish Tours.
2. Booking and Payment
A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Full payment is generally due no later than 40 days before the tour start date, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or another approved method.
Your booking is confirmed only after we receive payment and issue written confirmation via email.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
By the Client
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date:
Full refund (minus any non-refundable deposits or third-party costs).
Cancellations under 30 days: Deposit is Non-refundable ( cannot be deferred to another tour).
By the Company
Irish Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings).
In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.
4. Changes to Itinerary
Every effort is made to operate tours as described. However, itineraries may change due to weather, road closures, local events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to modify routes, stops, or schedules if necessary for safety, comfort, or operational reasons.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal injury, and loss or damage of property.
Irish Tours accepts no liability for costs or losses incurred due to lack of adequate insurance coverage.
6. Health and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and medically fit for your chosen tour.
Please follow all safety instructions from your guide or driver.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears unfit, intoxicated, or behaves in a way that endangers others.
7. Liability
While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure your safety and enjoyment, Irish Tours cannot be held responsible for:
Injury, loss, damage, or death caused by acts of third parties or circumstances beyond our control;
Loss or damage to personal belongings;
Any indirect or consequential loss.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the tour.
8. Transportation
All vehicles used are insured and maintained to Irish safety standards.
Seat belts must be worn at all times where provided.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions.
9. Complaints
If you experience a problem during your tour, please notify your guide immediately so we can resolve it on the spot.
If the issue is not resolved, please send a written complaint to us within 7 days after the tour’s completion.
10. Photography and Marketing
Photos or videos may be taken during tours for promotional use.
By joining a tour, you consent to the use of your image in our promotional materials unless you notify us in writing before the tour.
11. Force Majeure
Irish Tours shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, extreme weather, or government restrictions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
