Barack Obama Plaza is a service station and refreshment stop situated near to Moneygall and is named after former US president Barack Obama, whose third great grandfather, Falmouth Kearney, lived in Moneygall and who emigrated to the US in 1850.  Moneygall is a small village where President Obama visited with his Wife Michelle back in 2011.  They visited many of the presidents distant relatives and even had a pint of the wet stuff in the local pub.
